I am a big fan of makeup. Granted, I don’t wear a lot of makeup, but what I do wear, I enjoy. I firmly believe that makeup should accentuate your natural beauty not cover up who you are! I think makeup should make you feel beautiful and confident and strong. It is a wonderful and easy way to feel like you are putting your best foot forward.

I really like to keep the number of products I am using to a minimum. I like quick and affective! The only products I use are sunscreen, either a tinted moisturizer/ or foundation, concealer, eyeliner, eyelash primer, mascara, bronzer, and blush.

I start with a clean and moisturized face. I am also a big believer in the power of eye cream so I also use that. I have been following the steps since I started wearing makeup in 8th grade so the steps are fairly simple and easy. I also have really sensitive skin so I try to find products that are relatively clean and won’t make me breakout. For that reason, my makeup routine doesn’t really change much.
- The first step for me is sunscreen. I love this one. It has a super light sheen which makes it a perfect option for days that I don’t want to wear any foundation. I see why this sunscreen is a cult classic!
- I love this tinted moisturizer. It is light, has sunscreen in it, and doesn’t make me breakout which is a massive plus for me! I will say, if you are looking for a more full coverage option, this one would be a great choice. This makeup brand was developed by a dermatologist so the ingredients are all clean and the products are very high quality. I don’t really use sponges or anything like that; I just use my fingers! Not the most professional but it is my preferred method.
- My concealer is next and I am about to start my second tube of this one. The ingredients are completely clean which is a big plus for me. The brand has a fairly large color palette and covers a wide spectrum of skin tones.
- Next is my bronzer. It is by the same company as my concealer so, it is also a clean product. I really like that it is matte and has no glitter. I prefer a matte bronzer and a blush with a little shimmer.
- Next is blush. I recently purchased this blush and i have to say, I understand why it has such a massive cult following. The color is gorgeous, it has the perfect amount of sparkle, and it gives the prettiest glow. 10/10 would highly recommend.
- Eyeliner comes next and this particular pencil is new to me. My old pencil, that I looooved, broke and I mourned the loss greatly. I finally picked myself back up a couple of weeks ago and purchased a new one. I actually really like it! It is very smooth and does actually seem to be waterproof which I am a big fan of. I am excited to see if I continue to like it after a month or 2 of use.
- This eyelash primer is next. I have been using this one for a couple of years and have turned both my mom and sister onto it. It really does lengthen and condition well! I’m a fan and am a big proponent of this product
- My last step is mascara! I have been using this mascara for about a month ago and I think it is a great product. It lengthens and adds volume to my lashes and does a great job at both. This product is also a part of a clean makeup line which is great!

So that’s it! That’s my daily makeup routine. I try to keep it natural and fairly simple for the sake of my sanity. If you have any questions, please let me know below!
