Growing up I loathed wearing jeans.  I thought that they were so prickly and just the most uncomfortable garment to be created.  I boycotted them so strongly that everyday of the 4th grade I would wear sweats to school, both comfortable and functional!  Needless to say, the boys were not chasing after me.  When I hit junior highschool I discovered Abercrombie, Hollister, and 7 for All Mankind jeans.  This was when the game started to change for me.  I found jeans that were soft and felt like I was wearing leggings, I was hooked.  Since then, my jean wardrobe has grown quite a bit and I have found brands that are comfortable, durable, and fairly practical.

Madwell

Headband (Old J. Crew)/ Sweater/ Jeans/ Shoes

I love my Madewell jeans!  I just recently bought this pair and I am obsessed.  I purchased a pair of shorts from Madewell a few years ago and they have become my go to.  I knew I wanted to try a pair of their jeans but I just never got around to actually going to pick up a pair.  Well, I finally did it before Thanksgiving and I can’t wait to add more to my collection!  The fabric is really soft which I love and has a very nice stretch.  I have found that the color from the jeans doesn’t transfer to leather bags which I really appreciate!  9/10 would recommend.

J. Crew Skinny Jeans

These. Are. So. Soft.  I love this pair of white jeans.  If anything were to ever happen to them I would cry… and then go and buy a new pair!  I really struggle with white jeans because I always find the fabric to be more stiff than regular blue or black jeans.  But that couldn’t be farther from the truth with this pair.  While they aren’t the most tight jeans I own, they certainly are some of the most comfortable.  9/10 would recommend.

Abercrombie and Fitch Skinny Jeans

Shirt/ Jeans/ Shoes

These jeans are great!  The price for the quality really can’t be beat which is why I added this pair to the list.  The fabric is soft and I find molds to my body well.  These have withstood the stand of time, I have had them for about 4 years now and they are still going strong.  The one complaint that I have about these jeans is that they are tight, like real tight.  And I find that as a result, they kind of make my skin itch.  I find that the sizing is difficult for me with this brand… I feel like these jeans kind of strangle my legs but there is still a gap at my hips.  But like I said, you can’t beat the price for the quality.  7/10.

J. Crew Flair

Headband/ Shirt (Old)/ Jeans/ Shoes (Old Sezane)

This pair of jeans is hands down my favorite on this list!  I love this pair and honestly, I feel like they make my butt look good.  They are so soft and comfortable and I find the longer that I wear them, the more comfortable they become.  The color is a very nice and versatile light blue and I love the button detail.  10/10 would recommend, no complaints!

If you can’t tell, I have very strong feelings about jeans and the types of jeans that I am comfortable and confident in.  However, I am always open to growing my collection and trying different brands.  If you have any favorite jeans, leave me a comment!
